Sharing my passion for languages.
I started teaching during the pandemic in 2020, as a part-time job alongside school and university. At first, I didn’t really know what I was doing. All I knew was that french was my favorite subject in school and that I loved and picked up languages easily. And it quickly became a passion to help people learn Norwegian and feel the same sense of accomplishment that I did.
Fast forward six years, I have now taught over 100 students, refined my lesson approach, and made wonderful connections with people from all over the world.
It gives me no greater joy than to see people progress in real time and increase their confidence with speaking a foreign language. I have met so many great people and learned a lot about what makes everybody’s language learning journey unique.
In 2025, I launched the podcast “Tula Tenker Høyt” to provide Norwegian-learners with high-quality listening material. I felt like there was a lack of engaging material for learning Norwegian, despite many people coming here to study and work.
Lesson Options
Different lesson options, depending on what fits your lifestyle.
Lesson-package
Practice Norwegian consistently by purchasing a package of 5 or 10 lessons, and schedule them whenever it suits you. This option offers the most flexibility, as you schedule the lessons when it fits in your calendar.
Price starts at 2850 kr (approx. 300 USD)
One-off lesson
Get some quick help with a specific topic or situation, pronounciation or grammar, by purchasing a one-off lesson. This is the option for you if simply need some guidance periodically and can’t commit to a longer curriculum.
Price 600 kr for 60-minutes (approx. 63 USD)
